Linn State Technical College is one of 11 schools nationwide offering the ThinkBIG program and is Missouri’s only public technical college. This program uses a Caterpillar authored curriculum and provides extensive opportunities for paid internships at Dean Machinery Co. locations.

Caterpillar and its dealers created ThinkBIG, an educational and internship program to train future CAT and CAT dealer service professionals.

Over the course of two years, you’ll be trained on the job as you assist professional technicians, work hands-on with CAT machines and engines, all while earning a paycheck and your Associate’s Degree in Applied Science.
