Cat Reman piston pack components for 3116 and 3126 engines are remanufactured to same-as-new quality for superior performance and reliability. The connecting rod at the heart of a Cat Reman piston pack is checked for cracks, bend and twist, and all other critical features. The crank end is resized to new part specifications. Each Cat Reman piston pack also features:

Rebushed or replaced pistons (depending on design)
New piston rings
New or remanufactured piston pin
New piston retainers
Installation tool hardware

SIMPLE, EASY CORE EXCHANGES

Exchanging Cat Reman piston packs is simple and requires no special tools. To receive a full refund, a Cat piston pack core must:

Have an acceptable Caterpillar part number
Be fully assembled and complete
Have a matched rod and end cap
Have an unbent, unbroken connecting rod

Remember to return your Cat piston pack core in its original carton.
